Drag and dropping email attachments no longer works. In previous versions of
KMail it was possible to save an attachment by dragging it to the desired
location, but recently it has stopped working and you have to right click and
either copy or save as.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open email with an attachment
2.Try to drag the attachment to a folder in Konqueror
3.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The file is saved in the target location.
