[Bug 311104] Crippled printing dialog: KMail treats emails as HTML pages - no n-up feature

The missing n-up feature hits me (peronally) most. But also the controls for
paper type and paper tray are missing. These were all in the printer's
properties dialog.

Others may miss other features from the kmail1 printing dialog.
