AFAICS kmail "thinks" of emails as HTML pages, at least the printing dialog is
the very same I get in konqueror for web pages.

Due to this, the printing dialog has no pages tab (so e.g. no n-up feature).
This is IMHO no way to behave for a modern application.

Since the last few options to use KDE3 in a reasonable way are fading now, I
will have to migrate my small enterprise (~15 people) to KDE 4 soon. They will
not be amused to have to cope with this crippled functionality.
