Sometimes Kmail2 seems to be "out of sync" with the mail server IMAP account,
despite the system being online. When this happens, and I click on "Fetch mail"
or "Update view", nothing at all happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait until KMail2 is out of sync with the online folder. (This usually
happens after a few hours with an unreliable internet connection.)
2. Click on a command that should bring the folders back in sync.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
EITHER (a) synchronise everything because the computer is online and I gave
KMail2 the command explicitly to do so,
OR (b) Show a message why KMail2 decides to ignore my command.

(Or at least when I click on the "Fetch mail" command in the menu, then the
progress indicator should come up and tell me that something is happening.)
