After playing with last kmail 2 version (from project neon), I've found that
kmail2  has a more powerful notification system. Currently it let user choose a
notification when log filtering is activated. 
What I would like is to complete that with one possible notification per
filter. 

Note that in the current filter window, one can only choose to play a sound per
filter. I think it make sense to let user choose any notification he want
(using notification window).
