No completely sure what you mean by checking validity of trash folder under the
identity - I don't see any such option there (there are only Sent-mail, draft
and template folder options). Trash option can be found under given account
[1]. This option is setup to a valid Trash folder (default Trash folder, has
attribute SpecialCollectionAttribute=trash). I experimented little bit and it
seems the issue is related rather to a Akonadi resource - I can delete mails
from default Local Folders resource, but cannot delete mails from other
resources like IMAP accounts. When I try to move an email from these resources
to Trash (not "Move to Trash"/del but "Move message to ..." and selecting Trash
folder), I'm getting following error: Unknown error. (No items found)
