When run over ssh, KMail2 fails to start KWalletManager to retrieve passwords.

This functionality is critical in networked environments where computers are
routinely accessed remotely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ssh <host> kontact
2. Retrieve emails
3.
Actual Results:  
Opens dialogs to request passwords

Expected Results:  
Open KWalletManager to retrive passwords
