Compared to e.g. KDE 3.5, Kontact is extremely slow over ssh. For instace,
moving a single email to a different folder takes a 1-3 seconds, so does
switching to a different component (e.g. from KMail2 to KAddressbook).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ssh <host> kontact
2. move a single email from inbox to a different folder
3.
Actual Results:  
Takes 1-3 seconds

Expected Results:  
This should be performed almost instantaneously
