Re: Comment #9 - for me, this problem manifests itself at random intervals. 
Sometimes on the first email sent, sometimes after several emails have been
sent.  It's not as repeatable for me as it is for Blackpaw, but happens a
couple of times per day.  If I notice a pattern, I'll update you.
