each persian/arabic character has two kind: separated and linked. in kmail,
when it wants to show the message body, it shows all of the characters
separated that is incorrect, since some of them must be linked to next/previous
chars. i must note that it is correct in messages list, and also in composer,
but not in message view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get an email that contains persian/arabic characters in it's body.
2. try to open it in kmal.
Actual Results:  
showing all of the characters separated.

Expected Results:  
some of them must be linked.

using kde 4.8.2
