Try that please:
- 'akonadictl stop' and wait until all processes are stopped (check in
ksysguard)
- rename ~/.config/akonadi/agent_config_akonadi_mailfilter_agent_changes.dat
- 'akonadictl start'

and check if the memory usage is better
