ok, please try that:

- akonadictl stop
(wait until all the akonadi processes disappear)

rename:
/home/philip/.config/akonadi/agent_config_akonadi_ical_resource_0_changes.dat
/home/philip/.config/akonadi/agent_config_akonadi_ical_resource_1_changes.dat

then akonadictl start
