You are right. However, if you click on "add" the same dialogue, i.e. without
the possibility to give a name, is shown. Hence the user has to add without
name and then rename. I think it would be better if at least the "add" would
include the name input.

Regarding the crash, I started kmail2 from scratch, i.e. no accounts, no
akonadi data etc and it crashed after I added the smtp and sent the first
email.
