"KDE Address Book (traditional)" is deprecated. Don't use it.

There's something wrong in the opensuse package.

the LDAP settings are supposed to be available directly in KAdressbook:
Settings / Configure KAdressBook.

If you don't see a "LDAP Server settings" tab, it's a packaging issue.
