Filter dialog, select the extended tab, click on "add this filter to the
toolbar" (or so, I translated from german).

this should enable the "Apply" button but does not

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Filter dialog, select the extended tab, click on "add this filter to the
toolbar" (or so, I translated from german).

Actual Results:  
does not enable the "Apply" button

Expected Results:  
but it should

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-11-generic
