Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.1) 
OS:                Linux

These appeared since the upgrade to Kubutnu 11.11 and don't appear to be
removable. I think they are all deleted items, but newly deleted items vanish
as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start Kmail


Expected Results:  
Don't see things I can't do anything with

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.0-11-generic
Compiler: gcc
