OK, so now, could you try to issue a LIST command for each of the namespaces,
like:
A LIST "" "#mhinbox" 
B LIST "" "#mh/""
...
And so on, just skipping the first one (the empty namespace). Would that give
you a more proper list of mailboxes? If not, please point me out which
namespaces didn't give you adequate results.
