I think this one could be closed : I wrote a mail and clicked send  when no
network was available. I then quit KMail and suspended. Upon resume, my network
connection went up, and upon starting kmail the message was sent with no
intervention from me. Not sure how this works when kmail stays active during
connection state changes. KMail with KDE SC 4.7.1.
