This one sounds like a corrupted database case. It happened back in the days
before kdepim 4.6 final was actually released. I would advise starting with a
fresh akonadi config on 4.7 and see if that still happen.

In any case didn't hit that one in a very long time (or only when I did a
mistake on my development setup ;) ), it just works for me so closing as such.
