Is there any chance I can talk to you on the phone and explain things 
better....I am 72 yrs. old, disabled from PTSD and other severe 
injuries....from Police Service for 25 yrs.

I am not really up to date with a lot of the computer terminology and e-
mail problems other than I see the "error problem sign" come up on the 
"monitor screen" and can not send any e-mails at all for several 
hours......then I know I got a problem I do not understand 
unfortunately......a phone call to you at my age would be easier for me to 
explain.

Please let me know and send me a phone number if you can.
