Summary: turning off all "Local Subscriptions" makes IMAP
                    account disappear
           Product: kmail2
           Version: Git (master)
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: jjm at keelhaul.me.uk

Version: Git (master) (using Devel)
OS: Linux

The context menu over an IMAP account or subfolder of it, in the folder list,
seems to be the only way to reach the "Manage Local Subscriptions" dialogue.

If an IMAP account is completely turned off here, either by unchecking the top
level or all of the subfolders one level below it, after clicking OK the
account disappears from the folder list. When this happens, there is no way to
access the subscription dialogue again to re-subscribe to anything.

The only way to recover from this appears to be to remove the IMAP account and
add it again, the new account will have the default subscriptions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Configure an IMAP account.

>From the context menu over the account top level, do "Manage Local
Subscriptions".

Turn off the checkbox for the Inbox and any other folder at that level.

Click OK.

Actual Results:
The IMAP account disappears from the folder list.

Expected Results:
There should be a way to access the IMAP account to re-subscribe again (e.g.
show the account in the folder list, but with no subfolders below it).
