[Bug 284132] kmail-migrator did not migrate from the command line, and refuses to migrate kmailrc if repeated

I finnally found a way to restart the process. Goto ~/.kde4/share/config/ and
remove kmail2rc and kmailmigratorrc. The block was implemented in
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdepim-runtime/repository/revisions/60f8c01542f86bd04cafd68b91c2f609d73d4aa2
to prevent corruption to kmailrc2.
