[Bug 284812] kmail2 does not hide recipients in bcc field

I can confirm this problem also with version kmail 4.7.2.

The problem is, that in the data stream with the smtp server, kmail sends a
line with: "bcc: recipient at somewhere.com, second at elsewere.com".
