Ok... today I tried to delete all akonadi/kmail/kontact settings and data under
.local/share/, .config, .kde4/share/. After that kontact welcomed me with a
assistant to setup a new account. After I've set up the account it was
initially synced correctly. But now after the first reboot the old behavior is
back and the inbox isn't synced anymore.
