Kmail autoconfiguration support has been implemented as reported in 250375.

However, it does not check for config-v1.1.xml files, which is needed if you
are not in the ISP database.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a new account and setup the config for your domain, according to
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Thunderbird/Autoconfiguration

Actual Results:  
Kmail does not take the config-v1.1.xml into account.

Expected Results:  
Kmail should detect the config automatically based on the content of the config
file.
