No, please do not close.  
I just tried with KDE 4.7.2 and dragged an email to the to-do-list. The result
is not satisfying:
Title of the message is: akonadi:?item=240263&type=message%2Frfc822
Rest is empty, no attachment. 
In light of the akonadi-transition and the horrendous problems it created, I
wouldn't close that bug here, rather revisit once the new KDE PIM has matured
from alpha software to something more mature.
