Fixed by Milian Wolff master * v4.7.0-1287-gac7a940 [kdepim]
/mailfilteragent/mailfilteragent.cpp 

don't throw exception on missing payload in mailfilteragent
happens according to Volker when the change replay gives an item that no longer
exists etc.
and queue compression didn't happen yet
