It's not a bug in kmail/accountwizard
We take info from mozilla
'https://live.mozillamessaging.com/autoconfig/v1.1/yahoo.com'
and there is a bug into.
It tolds "%EMAILLOCALPART%"  %EMAILLOCALPART% (email address, part before @) 

so it's a bug in this file not in kmail/accountwizard.
