[Bug 282160] akoandi does not delete mails from .local/share/akonadi/file_db_data

Since a few days I use akonadi-1.6.2. The good news is that new e-mails from
POP3-servers are only saved for a short moment in this directory, depending on
the settings (1) these new e-mails will be deleted when they're not needed
anymore.

The new "problem" is, what to do with files that are saved in this directory
before the update to akonadi-1.6.2. Can I delete these files without losing
e-mails and also not lose the flags of these e-mails
(read/unread/important/action)?
