Since it would be handy to carry printouts of my address book, calendar, to-do
list, etc, it would be handy for KOrganizer to be able to format it's printouts
to Dayrunner or Daytimer compatible pages.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start application, select print options.  No option to print to other page
layouts

Actual Results:  
no option to print to other page layouts

Expected Results:  
Either a page formatting dialogue in the print menu, or some other page layout
setup would be available to define alternate page setups, and would add
markings for trimming pages as well as places to punch holes for putting the
sheets in the binder.
