Summary: kmail often stops sync google imap folders
           Product: kmail2
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: michael at karbach.org

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

I am using google imap and I have roughly 40 Folders including subfolders which
should synced periodically every 7min. This procedure often simply stops
working and after stopping it will not do it until manually syncing with a
click. This happens more or less every day. I observed this behavior since the
switch to KDE-4.7. With the old kmail I never have observed this behavior. For
this reason I have always a web-gmail open, in order to get aware of new
emails.

Could this be related to the large amount of folders? Because syncing this many
folders needs time and if it is not ready with the old sync and the new one
gets triggered it ceased to work?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Nothing to reproduce, it simply happens every day.

Expected Results:
kmail should properly sync my google-imap-account.
