I just discussed this problem with the KDEPIM developers and was told that this
bug can be closed as FIXED.
In the upcoming major release of KDEPIM this message will only be shown if you
are using a component that actually depends on Nepomuk - like the KMail
composer window.
Sadly this cannot be ported back to 4.7 due to the string freeze: no new
translatable strings can be introduced in a bugfix release.
