Everytime I tries to reply to all in an email, kmail is truncating the
recipients list. It doesn't matter if they are in the to: or the cc: field.
I havne't seen this bug in earlier kmail versions (pre kmail2). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
reply all to a mail with more then two recipients

Actual Results:  
Truncating recipients list to 1 of 4 entries.

Expected Results:  
every recipients comes in either to, or cc.
