to get rid of 
mysql.err:
[ERROR] Native table 'performance_schema'.'events_waits_current' has the wrong
structure

I have stop akonadi and move 
mv .local/share/akonadi/ ak_back/

and appears this message: 
Error during updating record with id 39  in table "PimItemTable" "Deadlock
found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction QMYSQL3: Unable to
execute statement"
