In kmail2 config there is no text to mark "use message indicator" like it was
in kmail1

so the message indicator dosent cooporate with kmail.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run kmail

Actual Results:  
I got booth "envelope" icons in systray: kmail and message indicator
quaite annoing think :(

Expected Results:  
it should work like it was earlier with kmail1
that way
