Still present in 4.7.3. All folders are just sorted alphabetically. Although
special folders. I expect inbox on top and not after tons of folders stating
alphabetically lower. Would be nice to see this fixed soon.

BTW: Developers, which mail client do you use in your daily life that you
didn't recognize or solved this annoying issue in kmail since 4.7.2? :-)
