Same as Thomas Zell. 4.7.3, can't change read only address book and set as
standard. Editing ~/.kde4/share/config/kresources/contact/stdrc manually does
not work around the issue. No autocompletion. Using "Select" buttons to enter
contacts' addresses for now.
