patch to remove BCC from mail befor sent out

this patch removes the BCC recipients from the message in function
Message::ComposerViewBase::fillQueueJobHeaders after they have been transferred
to the send job.
Disadvantage is, that you don't see the BCC recipients anymore in the message
copied to the sent folder.
