kontact (4.7.2) on KDE Platform 4.7.2 (4.7.2) using Qt 4.7.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
1) Disable KMail in Kontact
2) Close Kontact
3) Start Kontact
4) Open Kontact settings Dialog
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
This happened only after another Kontact bug led me to disable Kmail. While
Kmail was running fine when launched standalone, it was suddenly crashing
Kontact when selecting Kmail in the Kontact Window.
