When selecting a new email in kmail it is not displayed for seconds until the
following appears in the logs and the message is displayed.

request for item 35522 "1319013995.R129.linux-ly0d:2,S" failed: "Unable to
retrieve item from resource: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include:
the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy
blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was
broken." 
ItemRetrieverException :  Unable to retrieve item from resource: Did not

I searched my local mail folder and its fodlers are ciompletely empty
(~/.local/share/local-mail) and I searched my kmail fodlers and they do not
contain the file either.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Get akonadi to retrieve some files that do not exist (not sure how it managed
to mess that up in the first place.)

Actual Results:  
the call blocks all other calls instead of getting out of the way

Expected Results:  
do not block any other reading call
do not try to retrieve not existing files
