Hi, I have this problem in 4.6 (in 4.6.80 the problem persists, too). Even when
I try to set read status manually through the context menu it doesn't work and
mail is still remains in blue color as unread.

Also, often, after I read a mail and then hit the "check mail" button, just
read messages appears as unread again. In kmail settings I have "mark messages
as read after 0 seconds".

I work with imap accounts from different email providers, if it does matter.
