Summary: Akregator should not ask to restore session if there
                    is nothing to restore
           Product: akregator
           Version: 1.7.0
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: kde at opensource.sf-tec.de

Version: 1.7.0 (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When there are no tabs open Akregator has nothing to restore so it should not
ask. This removes one pointless dialog after a crash.

Reproducible: Always

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-12-desktop
Compiler: gcc
