If I select an email in the message-list of an online imap account kmail issues
the following query to akonadi:

kontact-286405170 (0x7f25f00177b0) 25 UID FETCH 74179 FULLPAYLOAD ALLATTR
ANCESTORS 1 EXTERNALPAYLOAD (UID REMOTEID REMOTEREVISION COLLECTIONID FLAGS
SIZE DATETIME ATR:ErrorAttribute) 

This does not make sense because view > attachments is set to "icons" thus the
content of the attachments does not matter and it should only read the mime
bits.
