Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.6.1)

1. start KMail
2. click "New"
3. click menu item "Attach -> Attach Public Key..."
4. in the opened dialog, there is a button "Start Certificate Manager" in the
bottom left corner. There are 2 problems with it:
1) Its icon is a "Help" icon (blue book with a question mark);
2) The tooltip for the button is "Show help".

Reproducible: Always
