- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was closing KMail by clicking close on the window title, I have had this
crash on a couple of occasions now and I believe the trigger may have something
to do with actions performed just prior to closing KMail.

In two instances where I have had the crash the last thing I did was click an
inbox from my favourites list, KMail may have still been refreshing the
contents of the folder when I attempted to close it.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
