In composer action flap the menu entries are scrolling corresponding the the
menu list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open kmail mobile
2) Open composer e.g. create new mail
3) Open Actions flap
4) Scroll Menu list

Actual Results:  
Menu entries e.g. "Send Later", "Save As Draft" and "Save as Template" from
Messages menu are scrolled two although there is enough space and no need for
scrolling. Menu list and menu entry list seems to be coupled

Expected Results:  
Scrolling the menu list should be decoupled and independent of the menu entries
