This can only be done if i use kwallet. If I don't use it, the password field
is deactivated.
I do not want to use kwallet for various reasons and I want to have the
passwords stored.
This was fine on kmail 1.x

This bug makes kmail 2.x unusable.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Disable kwallet, add/modify pop3 email account, try to enter password

Actual Results:
cannot enter password

Expected Results:
working password field
