I realize bug 260763 says this is resolved but it isn't for me.  When I click
on Help and then "KAddressBook Handbook" from the KAddressBook window I get a
message from KDE Help Centre saying the documentation is not found.  However I
know that kdepim-doc is installed (in fact I even tried removing it and
installing it again).
