Summary: Non-ASCII characters are displayed incorrectly in the
                    tooltip message preview.
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 2.1.0
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: message list
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: jem at iki.fi

Version: 2.1.0 (using KDE 4.6.4)
OS: Linux

When hovering with the mouse over the message list a "tooltip" box appears.
This box now also contains a short preview of the message. Non-ASCII characters
are displayed as a black diamond with a question mark. This happens at least
when the message contains Quoted Printable UTF-8 or ISO-8859-1 text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Receive message containing accented characters or umlauts. Hover over the
message line in the message list.

Actual Results:
Characters are displayed as black diamonds:
(Unicode "Replacement Character" 0xfffd)

Expected Results:
The characters should have been displayed correctly. Like this, for example: ä
ö ü å é.
