Version:           4.4.10 (using KDE 4.6.4) 
OS:                Linux

Kontact settings dialog (and Kontact as well) should handle enabling/disabling
sub service changes on-the-fly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* open settings, goto summary, you see the "notes" there. (see shcreenshot)
* now disable the notes section

Actual Results:  
I wnt now to have the notes section in the summary disabled (or vanished) as
well.

Expected Results:  
it stays where it is.
even in the main window it stays there, you need a restart of Kontact to see
the change!

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.38-10-generic
